Monitor hydraulic hoses for cracks or leaks, particularly at the boom and arm cylinder connections. If swing motor performance degrades, inspect the 4 connecting hoses between the control valve and motor for pressure loss. For undercarriage issues, check track tension and shoe wear regularly. Ensure all mounting bolts for the swing machinery assembly are torqued to factory specifications, ranging from 824 to 1,030 Nm (84–105 kg) as required.
