Address hydraulic hose leaks immediately by inspecting high-pressure lines near the boom and stick cylinders. Replace worn track shoes and adjust tension to prevent derailment on uneven terrain. Repair or replace cracked boom or stick welds during structural inspections at 500 and 1000 hours. Fix hydraulic pump seal leaks by replacing shaft seals and O-rings during major service intervals. Replace worn swing bearing bolts and check for excessive play during the 1000-hour inspection. Repair electrical faults by checking the ECM connections and sensor wiring for corrosion or damage.
