Replace the primary and secondary fuel filters at 250-hour intervals to protect common-rail injectors on Dieselmax and EcoMAX engines. Check alternator and starter load tests during the 1000-hour service to catch failing electrical components. Inspect cylinder rods for scoring and fittings for weeping at the kingpost and boom. Replace worn GET, bucket pins, and quick-hitch keepers during daily checks. Address belt tension issues on the alternator, A/C, and fan belts during the 500-hour service.

Perform a full hydraulic oil change and tank cleaning at the 2000-hour interval. Measure swing ring radial and axial play on excavator models to determine if the slew ring requires rebuilding. Inspect the boom, arm, loader arm, chassis, and side frames for structural cracking or unauthorized welding. Check brake disc wear and immersed brake condition on backhoes and wheel loaders. Evaluate injector spray patterns via diagnostic tool to determine if injector replacement is necessary.

Check track tension and roller condition on JS excavators during the 10-hour daily walkaround. Inspect tires for pressure and cut damage on wheeled JCBs. Ensure the cab HVAC system is serviced, including A/C pressure and evaporator condition, to maintain operator comfort. Verify the fire extinguisher and e-stop functionality. Check the reverse alarm and backup alarm for clear operation in noisy environments. Ensure the flashing beacon is functional for site safety.
