Clean the radiator core and air precleaner more often in dusty drilling settings, and confirm coolant additive concentration before cold-weather starts. Enclosed and offshore units need extra corrosion checks on the skid, exhaust, and electrical connections; open-skid land units need extra attention to fuel-tank water and sediment after rain or humidity swings.
