In cold climates, confirm coolant concentration and check the cold-start aid before winter; the C6.4 ACERT's common-rail system is sensitive to fuel gelling, so switch to a winter-grade fuel blend and drain the water separator more often. In hot, dusty demolition or aggregate environments, clean the radiator, hydraulic oil cooler, and A/C condenser fin packs frequently, since the compact swing frame packs cooling cores tighter than a standard-radius house. Change cabin air and engine air filters on shortened intervals under heavy dust.
